Postdoctoral Scholar position in Molecular Imaging

The Crump Institute for Molecular Imaging in the Department of Molecular and Medical Pharmacology at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated scientist ready to function in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The Crump Institute provides a unique environment containing integrated technologies that are ideal for innovative problem solving among a variety of scientific disciplines. Applicants should have exceptional communication skills coupled with a strong publication record. Previous experience in setting up and analyzing animal models is highly desirable. Knowledge of PET molecular imaging is preferred.

Responsibilities: The potential candidate for this opportunity will be involved in collaborative research to study the biology, biochemistry, and potential uses of small-molecule tracers for positron emission tomography (PET). The goal of this lab is to identify, develop, and study new PET imaging tracers.
